Compared with a conventional solution, the H17RL 450X2-8 delivers performance that is ready for demanding technologies, where stability of torque delivery, thermal reserve and reliability during long operating cycles are of decisive importance. This motor with an output of 560 kW is designed for the 700-750 rpm range, so it fits naturally into applications where consistent operation without unnecessary fluctuations is required. In practice, this is the H17RL 450X2-8 400/690 V, which is built as a solution for modern LV electric motors in heavy industrial operation.
The heart of the construction is a strong cast iron frame, which helps maintain geometry even under long-term load and also supports a long service life in conditions with higher vibration levels. The 450 mm frame size provides enough space for robust housing of the active parts and for straightforward integration into existing drive assemblies. Construction that supports a long service life in industry
The standard equipment includes a steel cooling cover, reinforced bearings with steel shielding, high-temperature grease in the bearings, a metal terminal box and reinforced bearing end shields. The copper strip rotor cage supports robust starting performance and stability under load, which is particularly important in operations with frequent starts or higher system inertia. Bearing DE 6328C3 and bearing NDE 6328C3 are selected to support reliable operation over long service intervals.
In supporting applications, the external starting inertia of 735 kg·m² and the moment of inertia GD² of 84.0 kg·m² are also useful, helping with drive ramp-up design and with coordination with gears, fans or pumps with greater mass reserve.
