Long description
In operations where electricity consumption and reliability under long-term load both matter, the 4LC-200L2-6 with an output of 22 kW helps reduce energy losses and maintain stable performance in the speed range of 900-1000 rpm. This three-phase motor is designed so that, when modernising drives for pumps, fans, compressors and large machines, it delivers noticeably more efficient operation than standard solutions, while the IE4 design typically reduces losses by approximately 15 % to 20 % compared with IE3. The construction with a 6-pole electric motor helps achieve a suitable compromise between torque, efficiency and low operating demands.
Operation in the range of 900-1000 rpm for stable process load
The nominal speed of 985 rpm falls into a segment that is practical for applications with a continuous medium flow, regulated throughput or higher system inertia. The motor has a nominal current of 41.8 A at △ 400 V connection and 24.23 A at Y 690 V connection, so it can be naturally integrated into low-voltage infrastructure with the option of suitable power supply settings. The power factor of 0.81 and efficiency of 93.7 % support economical operation in applications where the motor runs continuously.
Design parameters that support long service life and quieter operation
The IEC 200 mm frame provides a robust base for industrial deployment, and the packaging weight of 272 kg confirms a heavy-duty design suitable for more demanding operating conditions. Starting and torque data for correct drive sizing
When designing a drive, the starting torque ratio Tst/Tn 2, the breakdown torque ratio Tmax/Tn 2.1 and the starting current ratio Ist/In 8.5 are important. These values help estimate the motor’s behaviour during start-up, short-term overload and cooperation with technology with higher starting resistance.
