The 1200 kW medium and high voltage electric motor in the H27R-HD-Modular series is a three-phase electric motor built for industrial drive systems requiring defined voltage, pole and speed options. This power rating is available for 6000 V and 10 000 V networks, with 3300 V and 11 000 V offered on request. The series supports 2POL, 4POL, 6POL, 8POL, 10POL and 12POL versions, with fixed nominal speeds depending on the selected pole count: approximately 2900-3000 rpm, 1400-1500 rpm, 900-1000 rpm, 700-750 rpm, 550-600 rpm and 450-500 rpm respectively.

For chemical and petrochemical process equipment, this H27R 1200 kW electric motor can be specified for pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors and ventilation systems where a robust drive solution is required. It is also suitable for related heavy-duty machinery used in process plants, subject to the final engineering requirements.

Configuration options for the application

The welded steel frame, IP55 enclosure and IC611 air-to-air cooling support demanding industrial operation, while insulation class F, temperature rise class B and S1 continuous duty define the core thermal arrangement. Anti-friction bearings are supplied with grease or oil lubrication depending on the final configuration, and the unit can be prepared for frequency converter use when the application calls for it.
