The H27R-HD-Modular series gives users a flexible route to a 250 kW medium and high voltage electric motor for oil and gas compressors and pumps, as well as fans, ventilation systems and other heavy industrial machinery. The modular concept supports project-specific technical configuration, so you can define the version by voltage, pole count and operating speed.

Key technical options

For this power rating, 6000 V and 10 000 V versions are available across the full pole range from 2POL to 12POL. Fixed nominal speed groups depend on the selected pole version: 2POL approx. 2900-3000 rpm, 4POL approx. 1400-1500 rpm, 6POL approx. 900-1000 rpm, 8POL approx. 700-750 rpm, 10POL approx. 550-600 rpm and 12POL approx. 450-500 rpm. Special voltage options 3300 V and 11 000 V are available on request. The three-phase electric motor is suitable for use with a frequency converter when configured for the application.

Construction and operating data

• IP55 enclosure with IC611 air-to-air cooling; IC616 or IC666 on request
• Insulation class F and temperature rise class B for continuous S1 duty
• Welded steel frame with anti-friction bearings, grease or oil lubricated depending on configuration
• PT100 sensors for stator and bearings, 3 PTC thermistors and 230 V space heater
• Designed in accordance with IEC 60034-1, IEC 60034-2, IEC 60034-9, IEC 60034-14, IEC 60034-30-3 and IEC 60529
