The 4100 kW medium and high voltage electric motor in the H27R-HD-Modular series is developed for applications where power, voltage choice and configuration flexibility matter. For this output level, both 6000 V and 10 000 V versions are available, with 3300 V and 11 000 V offered on request. The modular platform allows the H27R motor to be matched to project-specific technical requirements in cement mills and wider building material production.

In practical terms, this means a single power class can support different duty profiles without changing the core series concept. Users can select the pole count and related fixed nominal speed group to suit the drive duty: 2POL approx. 2900-3000 rpm, 4POL approx. 1400-1500 rpm, 6POL approx. 900-1000 rpm, 8POL approx. 700-750 rpm, 10POL approx. 550-600 rpm and 12POL approx. 450-500 rpm. The result is a structured choice of motor variants rather than a continuously adjustable speed range.

Built for reliability in cement and materials handling

The three-phase squirrel cage induction motors in this series suit demanding industrial applications such as raw mills, cement mills, crushers, conveyors, fans, pumps, compressors and ventilation systems. The welded steel frame, IP55 enclosure and IC611 air-to-air cooling support robust operation, while insulation class F, temperature rise class B and S1 continuous duty support continuous operation in process environments. Anti-friction bearings are grease or oil lubricated depending on the final configuration.
