450 kW class for medium and high voltage duties

The H27R-HD-Modular series gives you a flexible route to specifying a 450 kW medium and high voltage electric motor for industrial installations that need defined electrical and mechanical parameters. The modular concept supports a broad choice of pole versions, cooling arrangements and mounting forms, making it easier to match the motor to the network and the driven machine.

For this power rating, 6000 V and 10 000 V versions are available as standard, with 3300 V and 11 000 V available on request. The range covers 2POL, 4POL, 6POL, 8POL, 10POL and 12POL, with fixed nominal speed groups depending on the selected pole version: 2POL approx. 2900-3000 rpm, 4POL approx. 1400-1500 rpm, 6POL approx. 900-1000 rpm, 8POL approx. 700-750 rpm, 10POL approx. 550-600 rpm and 12POL approx. 450-500 rpm. Each motor is a three-phase electric motor built with a welded steel frame, IP55 enclosure, IC611 cooling and insulation class F with temperature rise class B for S1 continuous operation.

Monitoring and protection can include PT100 sensors for stator and bearings, 3 PTC thermistors and a 230 V space heater. Typical applications and project use

This configuration is well suited to large industrial fans and ventilation systems, as well as blowers, air handling units, compressors and other heavy industrial machinery.
