The V810 series inverters are designed for the most demanding and most complicated professional applications. These are vector frequency converters with a wide range of applications. They handle overloads of up to 180% for 3 seconds and overloads of 150% for 60 seconds. It is the highest class of frequency converters, which are produced in series up to 1000kW. They are destined to handle a huge load. A large performance range with different drive configurations and many additional options allows the use of a single platform for a variety of requirements. Our inverters are used in all industries from simple to the most demanding applications.

– Power supply to the frequency converter with 3 x 400 V AC or 3 x 690 V AC
– Frequency converter control mode is CLVC vector closed circuit, SVC vector open circuit, or V/F control
– Converter output frequency 0.01 to 3200 Hz
– V810 operates with a carrier frequency of 1 to 16 kHz
– V810 has a standard built-in brake unit up to 18.5 kW, PID, PLC
– Standard AVR, JOG, Timers, Protections
– EMS STOP immediate stop safety function
– Connection function of PTC protection or electric motor thermocontact
– Removable panel with external installation up to 50 m (by cable)
– V810 features 8 digital PNP or NPN digital inputs, including 1 high-speed 100 kHz pulse input; 2 analog inputs -10 / +10 V; 0-10 V and 4-20 mA (or 0 to 20 mA).
– The outputs are 1 digital – high speed, 2 analog and 2 relay
– RS 485 MODBUS physical interface built in as standard
– MODBUS RTU communication interface; PROFIBUS-DP

The VECTOR V810 is the latest range of frequency inverters for demanding industrial applications. They can operate at an output frequency of up to 3200 Hz. The V810 series has vector control with feedback, no feedback and V/F control. The basic equipment includes a built-in PID, PLC, AVR, JOG, TC, EMS safety stop system, input for connection of PTC protection or electric motor thermal contact, MODBUS communication, etc. Options: PROFIBUS DP, PG card, …Standards IEC 61800-5-1, IEC 61800-3 (Environment 1 and 2, Category C2). The V810 has 8 digital inputs, including 1 high-speed 100 kHz pulse; 2 analog inputs – 10 V / + 10 V, 4 – 20 mA, 0 to 10 V. It has 1 high-speed digital output, 2 relay outputs and 2 analog outputs. The converter panel is removable with the possibility of external installation up to approx. 50 m by cable. The V810 frequency inverter is factory-set and in the basic application, only the correct wiring and the START command are sufficient.
