Conventional solutions in this power class often run into a compromise between efficiency, starting performance and operational reserve, but H17R 500-B-6-6 with an output of 1120 kW and nominal speed of 994 rpm is designed to provide more stable operation in production lines, pumps and heavy-duty drives within the 900-1000 rpm range. For drive system integrators, it is important that the medium-voltage frame reduces the current loading requirements on the distribution system while also supporting long-term operation with higher reliability.
The design with a 500 mm frame in IEC frame version is suitable for projects where precise mechanical and electrical adaptation is required. The motor operates with a nominal current of 130.4 A, achieves an efficiency of 96.4 % and a power factor of 0.86, which helps keep operating losses under control. The nominal torque of 10761 Nm together with the values of Tst/Tn 1.1 %, Tmax/Tn 2 % and Ist/In 6 % support smooth starting in systems where a higher load is expected immediately after starting. For users who need a 6000 V electric motor for stable industrial infrastructure, the option of matching multiple voltage levels is also important.
Design for long-term load and thermal control
Insulation class F combined with temperature rise B provides a reserve for operation in harsher climatic and technological conditions. The rotor cage is made of copper bars improves both the electrical and mechanical properties of the rotor, while the inertia of 46.0 kg·m² helps in applications with sensitive load dynamics. Bearing monitoring and winding protection
Accessories include 6x PT100 in the winding, PT100 in the DE and NDE bearing, anti-condensation heater and 3x PTC, which greatly facilitates supervision of the machine condition in continuous operation.
